SALON THALIA CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All new clients requesting any chemical or color services are required to come in for a client consultation so that our stylists may professionally determine how your appointment should be scheduled in regards to time. This consultation is free of charge and will only take 15 mins of your time, but must be scheduled before an actual appointment for services can be booked. 

  • All new lash clients are required to come in for an adhesive patch test and client consultation to absolutely ensure eyelash extensions are a safe and good fit for you. This consultation is free of charge and will only take 15 mins of your time, but it must be scheduled at least 5 hours prior to an appointment. 

  • After completion of the consultation, a refundable 50% deposit of the total of services must be placed in order to secure your place on the book. This can be completed either in person or over the phone. We accept deposits in cash or card, please no checks. In order for the deposit to be refunded back to you, any changes must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Salon Thalia, they are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

This policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments one (1) business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals or missed appointments.
